CUET (UG) Phase 6 – 2022 started on August 24, 2022 (Wednesday) in both slots for 72,729 candidates. The second and third day of CUET (UG) – 2022 Phase 6 were conducted for 52,139 candidates and 66,466 candidates respectively in both the streams. A total of 14.90 lakh candidates were scheduled for this examination.
However, technical glitches were observed even on the last day of the exam. As per initial reports today, due to slow internet speed, the exam at Center Radha Govind University, Ramgarh, Jharkhand could not be conducted. However, the NTA is still awaiting a detailed report.
Now, according to NTA, the examination of these 103 affected students will be rescheduled and the details about the new date of examination will be informed to the students soon.
This time in both the bands, Uttar Pradesh had maximum number of candidates (52,885) with 125 exam centers followed by West Bengal (10,744) with 35 exam centers. Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Chandigarh, Daman and Diu, Lakshadweep, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, Puducherry, Sikkim and Tripura and cities outside India had one examination center each. Total attendance at all centers across the country is estimated at 60 percent.
