Delhi will soon have a new university campus IP – Manish Sisodia

Delhi will soon have a new university campus, Delhi Education Minister Manish Sisodia announced. The new IP University campus will be set up in East Delhi. The campus will host 2400 students for higher education. The East Delhi campus phase of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (IP University) is in its final phase.

Delhi will soon have a new university campus under the leadership of CM @ArvindKejriwal: IP University East Delhi Campus. The last phase of its construction was inspected today. This state-of-the-art facility will provide 2,400 students with world-class higher education,” the minister tweeted.

The campus announcement was made last year. Under the new campus, the university IP — University School of Automation and Robotics (USAR) and University School of Design and Innovation (USDI). Five new degree programs will be offered in these schools at the East Delhi campus in Surajmal Vihar.

These include USAR programmes: BTech in Automation and Robotics (120 seats), BTech in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science (120 seats), BTech in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (120 seats), BTech in Industrial Internet of things (120 seats) and a BDes program (120 seats) at USDI
