DU admissions 2022: Delhi University has today extended the last date for fee payment by CSAS Round 1 candidates to 2:00 PM on 25th October. Candidates can now finish their process on the official website of DU: du.ac.in -see you on Tuesday.
“The university decided to extend the deadline due to the ongoing Diwali festivities in the country. “On the request of the candidates and keeping in view the Diwali festivities, the deadline for payment of fees by the candidates has been extended till October 25, till 2 pm,” an official notification from the central university said.
Also, DU has informed that the vacant seats (if any) will be displayed at 10 AM on 26 October.
Aspirants should note that those candidates who have not submitted their admission rights by the deadline of 2.00 pm on 25 October will not be eligible to participate in any subsequent CSAS round. Only candidates who will pay the CSAS Round 1 admission fees will be given the ‘upgrade’ option.
Meanwhile, the university has also announced that the candidates who did not submit their category certificate, their seat allotment has been rejected in Round 1 of the Common Seat Allotment System. of seats in the unserved category and other allotment policies indicated in the Delhi University CSAS document, subject to fulfilling the UR category merit and the order of preference presented by the candidate,” the notification said.
Keeping in mind that the new batch will start soon, the university has also issued anti-ragging guidelines, notifying the measures being taken to ensure safe induction and study experience of the new batch. It has been decided that the university will also set up two joint control rooms at North and South campus from November 2 to 11.
