(Hons) Business Management and Analytics (BMA) and Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA).

Degree in Programming and Data Science/BS in Data Science and Applications

This program is offered with a focus on developing programming skills and data science expertise. It has multiple exits with a foundation certificate, one or both diplomas, the degree or the degree. Students will emerge as well-rounded developers, experts in Python and Java programming, DBMS, developing complete applications and also well-versed in machine learning techniques, artificial intelligence, deep learning, big data and tools like Power BI and Tableau. , etc.

Courses can be taken according to their convenience and time availability and the program can be adjusted by the student. The fee is also paid according to the courses enrolled. While the content is offered online, the exams are conducted face-to-face at designated centers in over 130 cities within and outside India.

Eligibility criteria: Anyone who has passed class 12 or equivalent in any stream can apply. Maths and English should have been studied in class 10. Learners can also be doing another degree at university and do it alongside it or be a professional and study from there.

IIT Madras imparts four weeks of the content of four courses and a qualifying examination is conducted based on this. Students who pass a cutoff of 50 points in total are eligible to continue studying in this program.

Degree in Physics with Specialization Program

The Department of Physics now offers an undergraduate program in Physics to attract highly motivated students interested in basic science and cutting-edge technologies in the broad discipline of physics combined with engineering, and desire a flexible program to consider a variety of challenging careers. through specializations linked to capabilities in energy, photonics, quantum and advanced plasma technologies.

It will provide a solid foundation in basic science and mathematics that is critical to developing analytical thinking and will form the basis of the various tools used in fundamental and applied physics linked to engineering problems to innovate, design and develop future technologies.

To be eligible, candidates should have successfully passed class 12 in science stream and will be selected based on their JEE Advanced score.

M. Technology in electric transport (electronic transport)

IIT-Mandi introduced a two-year master’s program in electric transportation this year. This program has been launched jointly by the School of Computer and Electrical Engineering (SCEE) and the School of Engineering (SE) of IIT Mandi and aims to focus on the demand for skilled personnel in the electric vehicle industry and job opportunities for young people.

Eligibility: A valid GATE score is mandatory for this course. Candidates must have a qualified Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology with a minimum first class grade or 60 percent aggregate marks (or equivalent CGPA) over the four years from a recognized university with the following specializations:

– B.Tech/BE
− Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE)/Electrical Engineering (EE)
– Mechanical Engineering (ME), Automobile, Production, Aeronautics
– Instrumentation and Control
− Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE)
− Membership in professional colleges equivalent to B.Tech/BE a
the previous disciplines

M. Tech in Electric Mobility

This new program is hosted by the Center for Automotive Research and Tribology (CART) at IIT-Delhi. Focuses solely on concepts related to electric vehicles, powertrain, chargers and charging infrastructure, battery energy storage systems, battery management system, battery element reuse energy storage, reliability, car health monitoring, automotive NVH (noise, vibration and harshness), vehicle. dynamics, autonomous and connected vehicles, vehicular telematics and materials for electric vehicles, together with practical practices and design in laboratories.

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have a four-year degree in any of the following: Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive, Manufacturing Science/Engineering. They should have GATE qualification in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Mechanical Engineering (ME) or Production and Industrial Engineering (PI) disciplines.

Degree in Design

The Department of Design will offer a full-time B.Des program with the first batch scheduled to begin in 2022-23. This program will last for four years and admission will be through UCEED score. The program offers courses in all major design domains, including product design, interaction design, and communication design, to name a few.

This year, 20 students have been selected for the B.Des program. After completing this course, the graduate “becomes a responsible designer and is able to translate ideas into demonstrable solutions by adopting a human-centered design process,” says an official IIT note Delhi.

MTech in Machine Intelligence and Data Science

The IIT-Delhi senate recently approved the MTech in Machine Intelligence & Data Science (MINDS) program offered by the Yardi School of Artificial Intelligence (ScAI). This will be an industry-sponsored program where students will be expected to work on industry-relevant AI problems. The test and interviews for M.Tech/MSR/Ph.D. admissions will be done online.

The curriculum will include undergraduate courses in core AI technologies such as deep learning and data science, application-oriented courses such as computer vision and natural language processing, as well as foundational courses in mathematics underlying modern AI technologies.

Eligibility: Four years B.Tech. / BE Degree (First Class) or any equivalent degree (eg BS from a foreign university and M.Sc., MCA or other Masters completed as part of a 3+2 model) in any Engineering discipline or science A valid GATE score would be needed where this requirement is not waived, such as for students from an IIT with a CGPA exceeding a threshold. A strong interest and background in computational mathematics and programming is preferred.

MS (R) in Transport Safety and Injury Prevention

The new Master of Science (Research) program in transport safety and injury prevention has been launched this year in the new center called “Transport Injury Prevention and Research Center (TRIP-C)” making the “Transport Injury Research and Prevention Program (TRIPP)”. ), which has been operating at the Institute since 2002 as an interdisciplinary program.

The aim will be to produce state-of-the-art knowledge to address road transport and traffic safety in India and regions with similar socio-economic conditions. Students will be trained in the field of transportation safety and will prepare students for research careers.

“The master’s program will offer a unique combination for professionals from different backgrounds … to train with the knowledge of the development of safe and sustainable mobility that leads to the improvement of the overall quality of human life,” he said. said K Ramachandra Rao, coordinator of TRIPP.

M.Tech. in Biomolecular and Bioprocess Engineering

For the M.Tech. in the Biomolecular and Bioprocess Engineering program, candidates must be at least BE/B. Technician/ M.Sc. or equivalent degrees in a specific discipline. The minimum duration of M. Tech./MS(R) programs is 4 semesters (24 months) for full-time and 6 semesters (36 months) for part-time programs.
