The National Testing Agency (NTA) has alerted UGC-NET candidates against a fake tweet that has been circulating on social media claiming that the History exam conducted on October 10 was leaked.
“This is to inform the general public that a fake tweet and YouTube video is circulating on social media regarding the story (06) shift paper – II, UGC-NET December 2021 and June 2022 leak (combined cycles) performed on 10/10. 2022,” the warning reads.

The NTA has denied allegations of leaking the History exam. “Furthermore, it is reported that the format circulating on social media is much after the conduct of the examination on 10.10.2022 and is also not the same as was issued to the candidates,” the notice added.
Before that, the second phase exams were delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. The exams were earlier scheduled to be held on August 12, 13 and 14, but were later postponed to September 20-30, 2022, with 64 subjects ( including Telugu and Marathi deferred due to Govt of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana). their own exams on July 9, 2022 and 15 subjects in which the exam could not be conducted at seven centers on July 9, 2022 round-1 due to technical issues.
