SC upholds Maharashtra government’s decision to give 20% reservation to serving officers in PG medical income

A bench of Justices DY Chandrachud and Hima Kohli said it was difficult to accept the submission of the petitioners that the government’s resolution should not be implemented in the current academic year due to the mid-way change in rules.
